An user has a project planned for Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) stack upgrade from 7.0 to 12. Earlier when the user did BRM 7.2 upgrade, Oracle provided benchmark of hardware specifications with certain range of end customers. Now having 4 million end customers, what are the parameters to be considered on hardware requirements for the application servers?

Operating System has been migrated from RHEL 5.11 to RHEL 7.8.
Oracle Database is being upgraded from to with physical servers and the size is around 2 TB.

The plan is to maintain the application servers this way:
4 NUMBER Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP) Server
4 NUMBER BRM Server Online (Application Integration Architecture (AIA) & Service-oriented architecture (SOA))
1 NUMBER BRM Server Batch
1 NUMBER BRM Server General Ledger (G/L)
1 NUMBER BRM Server Future Pricing Design Center (PDC) & Tools

All these are virtual machines (VM).
