On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM), 12.0.0.1.0 version, Billing Care

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

After the login page, Billing Care is working very slow and the default search in Payment Suspense section is taking more than 30 seconds to load. The resource pack was taking 13 seconds to load and the data is taking 30 seconds to load.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The expected time should be with in 5-10 seconds

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to BRM 12.0.0.1.0 Billing Care
2. Select the "Payment Suspense" tab
3. After selection check if the page remain blank and how much time it take for loading default data.
