Goal
On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) Cloud Native (CN) 12.0.0.3.0 version,
Domain creation fails after changing Database (DB) service name for Data Guard.
Here Customer have installed BRM CN in a DB with service name "brm". In order to enable Dataguard configuration they followed <Note 2597867.1>, and changed the Service name from "brm" to brm. After that when they tried to install BRM domain using "oc-cn-op-job-helm-chart", rcu runs successfully, but domain creation fails with below Error:
ERROR:
------------
Note: It appears like tables like v$services still use "brm" instead of brm.
Is it possible that their connection issues are caused by such entries left from the original configuration ? If yes, how can they overcome this issue and use brm needed for Dataguard?
