FulfilOrdStDlvCre Messages From Retail Order Broker Not Processed by SIM (Doc ID 2727593.1)

Symptoms

 When an order is created with 2 line items with Item 2 cancelled at store A and Item 1 assigned to WareHouse and WMS rejects the order and line item 1 is reshopped to store A, the FulfilOrdStDlvCre message is not processed by SIM. The integration involves Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud Service (Formerly Logfire), Retail Order Broker and Retail Store Inventory Management (SIM).


Steps to Reproduce:

1. Order created with two line items.
2. Line item B cancelled by store 1
3. Line item A is assigned to WH
4. WMS rejects the order and line item A is reshopped to store 1

At step 4, FulfilOrdStDlvCre message type for line item A -Store is not attempted to Process.
