Promoted maps get skipped upon rebuild during the model build
When doing an NMS model build, some objects migrate to different maps and cause an alternate view to change. The standard build process then forces a rebuild of any other affected maps, but a recent change to the build script causes these affected maps to get skipped upon rebuild.
Sample text from rebuild process:
./done/MAP_1.mb /users/nmsadmin/data/patches/MAP_1.mb already exists. Skip preprocessing. - Thu Aug 27 08:54:58 CDT 2020 File MAP_1.mb is identical to previous version. Skipping. Promoted map MAP_1 reprocessed successfully. ./done/old/MAP_2.mb ./done/bkp/MAP_2.mb ./done/A-251-DN.mb /users/nmsadmin/data/patches/MAP_2.mb already exists. Skip preprocessing. - Thu Aug 27 08:54:59 CDT 2020 File MAP_2.mb is identical to previous version. Skipping.
- The promoted map processing should actually resubmit the files.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: 1. Build a map that removes a primary view 2. MBService should rebuild the map of the new primary view It will not.
