Question asked is regarding the build.properties option and the build of the MultiSpeak interface. The MultiSpeak interface can be used for multiple interfaces, (AMR, AVL, OSI SCADA, mobile).
Some interfaces require the following in the jconfig/build.properties to be commented out.
For the SCADA functionality, the authentication method requires that be uncommented. This is stated in the Adapters Guide under the topic for the MultiSpeak Adapter, "Authentication Methods"
If this commented out, this allows connecting to the secure URL without any credentials. Is this is security issue? And how can this parameter be set for some interface feature while not being set for other features?
