Data Load Stucks when Using as Input a File with Size Bigger than 2.1 GB (Doc ID 2727979.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Life Sciences Data Management Workbench (DMW), data loading from text file with size larger than 2.1 GB remains in "starting" status.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Create a text file with size larger than 2.1 GB.
2. Archive the file using zip utility.
3. From DMW UI, initiate a File Watcher Data Load job using as input the archived file.

 The job remains in "starting" status, no error can be observed in application logs.
