'Object is already Check Out' Error Generated when Saving a Transformation Mapping (Doc ID 2728104.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Health Sciences Data Management Workbench (DMW) 2.5.2, when user is trying to map a table, the following errors are displayed:

   DMW-xxx: Multiple Exceptions thrown
   DMW-xxx: Object XX_XXXXX_xForm, version X is already Checked Out
   DMW-xxx: CDR_COULD_NOT_CHECKOUT_OBJ_ERR (PARAM=XXXXXX_xForm)(PARAM1=$OBJTYPE$XFORMMAP


Performed steps by user when the issue was observed:

    1. Login DMW UI.
    2. Select a test study.
    3. Select "Study Configuration"
    4. Select "Transformation" tab.
    5. Select a test data model.
    6. Checkout the transformation for the test data model.
    6. Select a target table.
    7. Add a source table.
    8. Click on "Save" button.
    
    The following error is displayed:
    
    DMW-xxx: Multiple Exceptions thrown
    DMW-xxx: Object XX_XXXXX_xForm, version X is already Checked Out
    DMW-xxx: CDR_COULD_NOT_CHECKOUT_OBJ_ERR (PARAM=XXXXXX_xForm)(PARAM1=$OBJTYPE$XFORMMAP
