Symptoms
When attempting to initiate an ETL from the Oracle Primavera Analytics Administration web application,
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
An ETL is already in Progress.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the Oracle Primavera Analytics Administration web application.
2. Select the appropriate ETL. (staretl1, staretl2, etc.)
3. Attempt to start an ETL execution.
