Goal
On : 12.0.0.3.0 version, Customer Care
Customer has bills and payments across bill units for account displayed in Customer Center where in one can search for specific details. In Billing Care, this is catered by Newsfeed functionality, but did not find a search option because of which if an agent wants to search for a bill across and bill units it becomes cumbersome.
