Show SQL in Allocation Execution History View and / or Allocation History Undo Screen is Blank or Hangs on Weblogic

Symptoms
On PFT 8.0.7.4.0 or 8.1.0.0.0, the show SQL in Allocation Execution History View is not working for Source and Driver windows.
Currently not able to see the SQLs of any allocations in Source and Driver windows, while for Output window the sql appears. The pop-up sql_query.jsp only returns "null' like below screenshot:
The Allocation History page may also hang with Spinning Hourglass and never return.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Execute allocation
2. Navigate Allocation History and select executed allocation and View icon
3. Scroll to bottom of Source block and Allocation -- Source Data click "Show SQL" icon same issue occurs if clicking Driver.
