Named Event Node Drops Call if Reservation ID is Invalid

Symptoms
The named event node has a mechanism for performing reserve/commit across different SLC calls.
The format seems to be <reservation ID>:<call ID>, so it's usually "1:123456" for example.
If the reservation ID is not populated correctly - in this case, just the call ID and the "1:" was missing (”123456” instead of “1:123456”)
Following are errors occurs:
The call should not be dropped, this should be a parameter error and take the unsupported exit.
