Unable To Configure Two Accrual Types On The Same Division (Doc ID 2728582.1)

We have requirement to define two accrual types for the same division. One accrual type will have criteria is historic while the other will be based on actuals.

The customer requirement is to be able to generate revenue report for all end clients on the 1st of every month. For the customers that have normal billing cycle i.e. starting from 1st and ending on the last of the month, we would use the accrual type based on actuals. However for customers that have odd billing cycle say starting from 15th to the 14th of every month, we would need accrual based on historic bill.

Can an Enhancement Request (ER) be opened to add this functionality?
