Information in this document applies to any platform.

Oracle Financial Services Asset Liability Management (ALM)

Symptoms

In the ALM Process > Product Hierarchy screen, the wrong hierarchy details are loaded when the ALM Process and the Product Hierarchy exist in different folders.

For example, when you edit the ALM Process and go to Product Hierarchy, the screen displays the correct Product Hierarchy folder and Product Hierarchy but the wrong Hierarchy details are loaded.  The details are from a Hierarchy in Folder where the ALM Process is saved.

For example, the ALM Process was created in Folder A. In the "Product Hierarchy" screen, it is setup to use a Hierarchy that exists under Folder B for processing (and not a source).

When you edit the ALM Process and go to Product Hierarchy, the screen displays the correct Product Hierarchy folder (Folder B) and Product Hierarchy Name but the wrong Hierarchy details are loaded.  The details are from an Hierarchy in Folder A.
