FTP Ledger Migration Process is Failing with ORA-00904 Errors (Doc ID 2728739.1)

Symptoms

In FTP 8.0.7.2, upon adding Ledger Migration Process the FTP Processes are failing with the following error in the FTP debug log:

User defined product dimension is selected in Application Preferences and is missing from the GTT table statement. This is the first attempt to run migration in this implementation.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Update the FTP Standard Process and select Migration "Transfer Rate"
2. Run the FTP process
