Symptoms
Several crews get their routes closed after the scheduler schedules for that crew. The crews that have their shifts closed are sending GPS and their GPS is seen in the M1_GPS_DATA table.
The crew does not show on the map nor does the crew show the route followed.

No location found for crew <Crew Id> of shift <Shift Id>.
The shift may not have started yet or may have finished.
