Running Custom Report Brings Up Blank Window That Never Renders

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When trying to run the custom template report from withing Primavera Unifier, the pop up window that appears remains blank and does not present any data.
Error in Unifier log files shows the following:
common.util.ReportUtils> org.apache.commons.beanutils.ConversionException: No default value specified
com.sun.xml.ws.fault.ServerSOAPFaultException: Client received SOAP Fault from server: oracle.xdo.webservice.exception.OperationFailedException:
PublicReportService::generateReport for reportAbsolutePath [/[path/filename.xdo] failed: due to oracle.xdo.server.ServerException: oracle.xdo.servlet.data.DataException: oracle.xdo.servlet.data.DataException: oracle.xdo.servlet.data.DataException: oracle.xdo.XDOException: java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-01722: invalid number
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

As the custom template report can be run from BIP without an issue, the end user should also be able to run the report from within the Primavera Unifier UI without an issue
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log into Primavera Unifier
- Access the project shell and report
- Run the report to see the issue occur.
