Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3.9.2 version, Constrained planning in test instance

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In CMRO-ASCP integration, When an item which is the assembly in the Maintenance Work Order has the same item as a component requirement in the work order, ASCP is generating Planned Repair work order.
This planned repair work order is redundant as the maintenance work order it self was created to repair the assembly.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

Expect that the planned repair work orders are not generated.
Instead the defective on hand should be directly pegged to maintenance work order demand.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter the application.
2. Run the ASCP Plan.
3. See the above behaviour
