Symptoms

Logon to hybrid sometimes causes spinning error.

Testing <CREW>  was logged in and lost network connection. The crew regained network connection attempted to use the map and received no network connectivity.

Crew shutdown the application and retired to log on. Now the crew gets the spinning circle for a few seconds and nothing happens.

The logs show:
[[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '8' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] INFO (ws.rest.MobileRESTService) privateExecute of DeviceRegistrationServlet
[[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '8' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] INFO (mcp.runtime.NetworkPageMaintanence) Connection org.hibernate.engine.jdbc.internal.proxy.ConnectionProxyHandler@73555f11[valid=true] being set
[[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '8' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] INFO (mcp.runtime.RuntimeDBHandler) getDeviceMDTID with MDT TAG: <Mdt Tag> Client Platform: M1RS
[[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '8' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] INFO (mcp.runtime.RuntimeDBHandler) updateDeviceRegistrationDetails with MDT TAG: <Mdt Tag>

To resolve the issue, the dispatcher tried forcing the crew out, which did not help.
