Line Catalog Info Displays Attributes on Single Line Instead of Correctly Showing Each Attribute on Its Own Line

Symptoms
On : 2.5.0.0.0 version, Web Workspace
The Line catalog information is shown on a single line instead of a series of lines.
We found that the Line catalog info displaying in single line instead of displaying it as attribute list. Select a conductor in viewer and Open Line Catalog Info from Control tool the dialog displaying info in one line. This is reproducible in OPAL
The listings should have one entry per line.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Open web workspace 2) Open the viewer 3) Navigate to OH3P-2270957-460713-2270558-460271 4) Open the control tool 5) Click "Line Catalog Info" 6) When the dialog opens note the main pane that displays the data is incorrect All of the information is displayed in a single line of text.
