Unable to open existing project using OPM and connect to OPA Hub (Doc ID 2729597.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading to latest OPM version 20C, upon attempting to open a project, getting error -

"Incompatible Hub - This version of Policy Modeling requires a version 20C (42.0.0) or higher Hub. The chosen Hub is version 20B (12.2.19)."
