Custom swift message failed in TF (Doc ID 2730051.1)

User encountered the below message while posting the Swift custom configured messages.

[ERROR] 2020-10-22 22:43:18.753 [sourceEntityListener-5] aai - com.oracle.ofss.sanctions.preProcess.DAOImpl.MessageTagsDAOImpl Exception occured in method persistMessageTagsValues with Message = String index out of range: 6

Steps to reproduce:

Step 1 : Use MTC11/22 to upload the custom JSON in Swift configuration admin section using TFADMIN user 

Step 2 : Post the swift message in valid format as per MTC11/22.

Step 3 : Check in RTIServer.log for the above issue.

Expected behavior:

Swift message must be posted successfully and alert should be created for the custom message 

Actual Behavior:

Encountered the error while posting the swift message for the custom JSON uploaded.

Attribute configured : 

children attribute are configured as "expression":"4x", & "expression":"[4!a][2!a][2!c][3!c]",

Expected value for the child attribute :
