Webhook screen Date Filter on time column Not Working to filter message as per the date selected (Doc ID 2730133.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The Date filter on Webhook screen(System Monitor) is not working .Please see the attached.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
system should filter the messages as per the date selected in the Date picker

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to system monitor-> webhook screen
2. Pick a date on the time column to filter the messages for a particular date
3. check whether the messages are filtered as per the date selected

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot not able to filter the particular message for a date otherwise it is time consuming to scroll and check for the message
