Drop Downs Stop Working When Creating a New Item via Web Services and then Linking to the New Item (Doc ID 2730203.1)

When creating a new item via Web Services and then linking to the new item, the drop-downs don't work.  Refreshing temporarily fixes the issue, but it returns when auto-forwarding the users to the new item in OPPM v19.


The drop-downs should work.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create new item via Web Services.
2. Link to the new item.
3. Drop-downs stop working.
