Feeder One Line Diagram Not Displaying When Feeder Name Has Special Char #

Symptoms
Feeder one line diagram not displaying when feeder name has special char #.
Your data has special '#' char in the feeder name, the one line diagram is getting generated but when you try to display it with viewer->Actions-> Feeder One Line, the single line diagram is not displaying. There is no message saying the single line diagram not available and no error message in the client(user) log.
Checked $NMS_HOME/data, it has the relevant mad file generated.
They do have special chars like "-" and there is no issue with "-".
