Symptoms

 

PDFs which were created from emails, scanned or digitally signed with password security and attached to the case form cause Argus to crash when user tries to open these PDFs from Additional Information tab.

The IE web page goes blank with the following error message displayed:

A problem with this webpage caused Internet Explorer to close and reopen the tab
