Symptoms
When running a Dynamic Driver, percent to total Allocation that moves a balance from FSI_D_MANAGEMENT_LEDGER to an instrument table, you find it is allocating to wrong debit records. The Allocation is posting balances to ORG_UNIT_ID values (or other dimension values) that are not present in the source data set.
You expect the Dynamic Driver Rule to allocate balances only to ORG_UNIT_ID values present in the source data set.
