Email Notification sent to all Users When Batch is Failing (Doc ID 2730766.1)

Goal

Receiving the batch failure notification (Through Mail) to all the users when batch execution fails. Need to receive the notification to the particular user (Who executes the Batch)

Steps To Replicate:

1. Login OFSAA.
2. Log in As Sysadmn and navigate to System Configuration Provide the Email id and save the user Changes
3. Login as Sysauth and Authorize the changes
4. Login with the user and execute the batch
5. Execute the Batch and check the mail if it fails

Actual Result: Email Notification is getting to all the users which has the email id's.

Expected Result: Email Notification Should get the User who executes the batch.
