Alerts not displayed in alerts summary section even after effective end date is properly configured (Doc ID 2730838.1)

Symptoms

Swift messages posted and alerts are created but not displayed in alert summary section in TF UI

Steps to reproduce: 

Step 1 : Post the swift message through sanctionspost.jsp

Step 2 : Check in below tables with group message id for the alerts.

SELECT * FROM FSI_RT_ALERTS A ORDER BY A.N_ALERT_ID DESC;

Step 3 : Login as TFAnalyst and check for the posted alert in summary section in TF.

Expected behavior: 

Alerts must be displayed without issue.

Actual behavior: 

Alerts are not displayed even after following the guideliness in KM 2727559.1 for effective to date.

UPDATE AAI_WF_APP_DEFINITION_MAP SET D_EFFECTIVE_TO_DATE = '31-DEC-9999' WHERE V_PROCESS_ID IN ('OFS_SAC','OFS_SAC_LIST');

COMMIT;

Changes

HTTP port was configured recently in property files.
