Symptoms
When attempting to run a plan, the following error occurs in the Memory Based Planner
ERROR

APP-MRP-22064: An internal error has occurred (mrpdm_pass_demand, 35)
Cause: The current routine encountered the specified internal error.
Action: Contact your customer support representative.
