ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

We have remote connect command set up with adjustment at activity type. For SOM reconnect orchestrator for a smart meter, after remote connect completes, adjustment does not get to apply. The expectation is adjustment should be applied. The issue is X1-CreLvyAdj script only create an adjustment for commands under the orchestrator, only if the orchestrator have a field activity. In this case, there is no field activity.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Adjustment should be applied when no field activity is issued.
