Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Request Processing

Extract data for Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud concurrent program errored out in R12.1.3
While running the Extract data for Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud parent program, the child programs "Create MRP Snapshots" and "Refresh Collection Snapshots (Refresh Collection Snapshots)" are errored out.

While the log file does not show an error, the output file contains the following:

ORA-20001: MSCMRPSN: ORA-20001: Index Creation failed: ORA-01578: ORACLE data
