Goal

As per OPA 20B documentation instructs the developer/administrator to setup the OPACheckpoints and OPA_CHECKPOINT_ACCESS for CX Sales and B2B Service creates a major security vulnerability.

Requirement is to provide a way to access the checkpoint , Changing to "Owner" only would also fix the issue , so only the user who owns the object and their management chain
