User Exit Types Are Not Loading (Doc ID 2731511.1)

Goal

On : 7.3.0.0.0 version, Installation Issues

User Exit types are not loading
User Defined Exit Types are not loading for any of the orders so every order is being failed.

The table tbl_user_error has all the matching patterns for the NE response, however the UDET is not being taken from the table when the ADSL is failed.

From the debug logs it's understood that JNEP during process is unable to list the number of rows matching the pattern, however the query is actually returning the total no.of rows 251(from tbl_user_err table)

No workaround available currently.
