Forward Chain Job Fails With: ORA-01422: Exact Fetch Returns More Than Requested Number Of Rows (Doc ID 2731563.1)

When running a forward chain job, the following error is thrown:

***Could not find default/forward chain enabled execution setup : ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows

Program Execution Initiation failed.
1. ORA-20200: *** ERROR: user does not have access in Package cdr_def_param_value Procedure getProgramaticLov
Execution Initiation for object <object name> failed. Removing Dependent Child programs if any.


 The execution setups have been deleted and re-created a couple of times. There are more than one DELETED execution setups with forward chain flag=yes.
