Data Level Security Filtering Does Not Work on Item Season Screen (Doc ID 2731658.1)

Symptoms

Data level Security for Seasons not working in Item Season Screen.


Steps To Recreate:

1. Create a new group in SEC_GROUP.
2. Setup a group relationship with user in SEC_USER_GROUP.
3. Insert corresponding records in FILTER_GROUP_ORG.
4. Login to RMS with above mentioned user
5. Check the behavior on  item season screen - notice that all the seasons are getting fetched.

Expected Behavior: Only the seasons should be displayed as per the security policies defined above.
