Matches are not generated for I070 rule for CS in EDQ (Doc ID 2731763.1)

Symptoms

CS Match Rule with I070 (Given name similar and sounds like) and postal code is not generating the matches.

Steps to reproduce:

Step 1 : Add the sample data in STG_PARTY_MASTER table 

Step 2 : Add the watchlist data in private watchlist and run the watchlist management job to load the data

Step 3 : Enable the rule 1070O under Individual Batch SAN Screening process on CS EDQ

Step 4 : Execute the CS batch with EDQ service up and running 

Step 5 : Verify the results in CS_Matches table for the expected name

Example:

In STG_PARTY_MASTER table :

V_PARTY_NAME : JOSEPH

V_LAST_NAME : ABANDA

In Private watchlist excel : 

Given Names : JOESPH

Family Name : ABANDA

Note : YOB, City, Country settings are disabled

Actual behavior:

Expected matches are not generated.

Expected behavior:

Matches should be generated for the customer data given above.

Changes

YOB, City, Country settings are disabled for I070O match rule in Individual Batch SAN Screening process on CS EDQ
