ISSUE STATEMENT

BCC Availability & Coupons section adding a new window every time.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to BCC
2. Go to commerce Assets >> Create new project >> Promotion & Coupons >> Promotions >> Go to Promotion folder Promotions.
3. Create new promotion through + sign order Discount.
4. Now click on newly created promotion name which is appearing on top.
5. Switch tab general to Availability & Coupons section then click on cancel button.
6. Now again click on newly created promotion name on top and open again Availability & Coupons section.
7. Multiple window of Availability & Coupons will open as many times you will try to execute this same scenerio.
