Getting Error 'ORA-12541: TNS:no listener ' When Executing OFSAA Server Processes (Doc ID 2731965.1)

Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA)

Symptoms

You are unable to run batches in OFSAA.  When you attempt to run a T2T data load or a Transfer Pricing process, you get an ORA-12541 as shown below:
