MIR Report Validation Errors - "The string '' is not a valid Date value" (Doc ID 2731972.1)

Symptoms

Click on the Draft Icon or the Draft link on the Report tab for a valid MIR case and get these two Validation Errors:

The 'adverseEventDateFrom' element is invalid - The value '' is invalid according to its datatype 'http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema:date' - The string '' is not a valid Date value.

and

The 'adverseEventDateTo' element is invalid - The value '' is invalid according to its datatype 'http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema:date' - The string '' is not a valid Date value.

According the Mapping document:

adverseEventDateTo maps to: Case Form / Events Tab / Event Information / Stop Date

and

adverseEventDateFrom maps to: Case Form / Events Tab / Event Information / Start Date

The Onset Date/Time is set to: 10-NOV-2020 00:00
and
Stop Date/Time is set to: 20-NOV-2020 00:00
