Attachment and comment are not enabled for a new status code apart from the standard OOB status codes in TF UI
Steps to Reproduce :
1) Create a new status code according to the steps mentioned in the TF admin guide.
section 15 Appendix C: Process Modeler Framework (PMF) Configurability in the TF admin Guide
2) Log in with TF analyst and check to attach or comment while taking an action
Actual Behavior :
Attachment and comments are only enabled for OOB status codes configured in the PMF workflow for TF.
Expected Behavior :
Attachment and comments to be enabled for all the status codes configured in the PMF workflow for TF.
