Inconsistent UI behavior in Auto Pay information display on Bill UI for bills generated-ORMB28000


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Details should be viewed in Auto Pay tab of the Bill

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In RMB V2.8, the Bill having Auto Pay enabled: (Bill Generated After Upgrade – Newly generated Bill)
Auto Pay details missing in the Main tab of the Bill
The Details are viewed in Auto Pay tab of the Bill

2. In RMB V2.8, the Bill having Auto Pay enabled: (Bill Generated Before Upgrade – Existing Bill)
Auto Pay details displayed in the Main tab of the Bill
But the Details are not viewed in Auto Pay tab of the Bill
