Inquiry Name Field Not Populated Within Inquiry Screen During Customer Search (Doc ID 2732609.1)

On : 11.2.0.27 version, General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When a customer is selected from the Customer search of the Inquiry screen, the screen loads continuously and the “Inquiry Name” dropdown field doesn’t get populated.
“Inquiry Name” field will get populated when re-selecting the customer, but Input fields don’t get populated.
With a workaround as shown in attachment "Customer Inquiry Screen Issue.docx" when Inquiry Name” dropdown field is populated and an inquiry screen chosen,
the input section dropdowns are not populated with available dropdown options.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When a customer is selected from the Customer search of the Inquiry screen, the screen should load and
populate the “Inquiry Name” dropdown field with all the relevant Inquiry screens values.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. When a customer is selected from the Customer search of the Inquiry screen, the screen loads continuously.
2. The “Inquiry Name” dropdown field is not populated.

*** The “Inquiry Name” field will get populated when re-selecting the customer, but input drop down fields don’t get populated.
