Symptoms

Java Client fails to launch with below error after upgrade to Agile PLM 9.3.6:

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Upgrade Fusion Middleware to 12.2.1.4
  2. Upgrade Agile PLM to 9.3.6
  3. Access Java Client from URL, and Launch
  4. Gets error
