Problem Login to ODEE Administrator & Documaker Interactive (Doc ID 2732883.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.6.2 ODEE With Active Directory User Using MS SQL Server

Added a new user with membership to the existing Documaker Administrators' group but the user was unable to Login to ODEE Documaker Administrator & Documaker Interactive.

After analyzing the logs, it seems like the system is unable to create other entries in this table even though it is able to find the user in the AD group.  If we manually enter a user in the table, we are able to log in with it.  This is not a convenient workaround as we want the Documaker Administrators to be updated automatically when we change the AD group.

oracle.jbo.DMLException: JBO-26041: Failed to post data to database during "Insert": SQL Statement "INSERT INTO DMKR_ENTITIES(ID,DISPLAYNAME,NAME,TITLE,MANAGER,ACTIVE,BUSINESS_CITY,BUSINESS_COUNTRY,BUSINESS_EMAIL,BUSINESS_PHONE,BUSINESS_STATE,ENTITYTYPE,REPOSITORYNAME) VALUES (?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?)".
