Goal

Currently in process of sourcing data in FSDF for MSR (Mortgage Servicing Rights) and Mortgages line of business.
Required the following clarifications from OFSAA product team:

Question 1. Confirm if all the mortgage accounts which are serviced (PMSR, Sub Serviced, Retained MSR) by the bank are required to be populated in STG_LOANS_SERVICED table?
Question 2. Confirm if all the mortgage accounts originated (Retained, Sold to Investors) by bank are required to be populated in STG_LOAN_CONTRACTS?
Question 3. If the account is sold to investors is it required to populate this account in STG_LOAN_CONTRACTS table with sold flag set to ‘Y’?
Question 4. How to differentiate between sub-servicing vs servicing records within FSDF?

Above questions are with the understanding is that FSDF is a pre-built data warehouse for financial services industry, hence the Oracle product team should already have analyzed such data requirements while designing FSDF.
Looking for guidance on how to capture this data so that it is aligned with the Oracle intended purpose for these staging tables. Clarifications are related to how FSDF captures such data from a product design perspective and not from an downstream application point of view.
