Performance Issue Due To C1-LINKACCIC Post Processing Base Algorithm On Account BO (Doc ID 2733051.1)

On RMB v2., Performance Issue due to C1-LINKACCIC post processing base algorithm on Account BO.

Serious performance issue while running C1-FTRAN batches to upload static data of accounts in affected environment.

The C1-FTRAN batch was started in production to upload customer/account data (1 record in the file results in 3 entities in ORMB = create 1 person + create 1 usage acct + create 1 invoice acct) which had around 10K+ records in the file and it ran for hours (more than 10hours) on production. From the AWR report shared with the CE & performance team, it was understood that:
- There are almost 60M queries running every hour on construct tables, so these so many hibernate queries running is slowing down the batch probably resulting in some locks.
- The reason for these millions of executions on Construct related tables has to be fixed.

As an experiment, the C1-FTRAN batch was started for an account file with 14K+ records after de-activating the C1-LINKACCIC post processing base algorithm on Account BO, and this batch run got completed in 7mins.

The Batch should get completed in a reasonable time - for these records, it should be done in minutes, not hours.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run C1-FTRAN batch

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users losing significant production hours waiting for the batch to be completed.
