Error During ADI Refresh Post Upgrade to DIH 8101 (Doc ID 2733214.1)

Symptoms

On : DIH 8.1.0.1 version

When attempting to perform ADI refresh,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

ADI.log

Caused by: java.sql.BatchUpdateException: ORA-12899: value too large for column "<INFODOM>"."FSI_DIH_APPS_SUPPORT"."APPLICATION_NAME" (actual: XX, maximum: 50).

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to perform ADI refresh
