Last updated on APRIL 10, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle Communications BRM - Elastic Charging Engine - Version 12.0.0.3.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

In a scenario, Enabled the following extensions in order to provide the Subscriber Preferences and Service Lifecycle in the Credit-Control Answer (CCA) :
- SampleDiameterGyExtension
- SamplePostChargingExtension

Observed below information in every Usage Request, i.e. INITIAL_REQUEST/TERMINATE_REQUEST, But not able to see it in EVENT_REQUEST (BALANCE_QUERY).Also noticed that in the EVENT_REQUEST (BALANCE_QUERY) the SamplePostChargingExtension class is not executed, hence the information that is expected is missing.

How can we see the Subscriber Preferences and Service Lifecycle in EVENT_REQUEST/TOPUP_REQUEST?
