Error In Starting CM After Enabling SSL (Doc ID 2734048.1)

Symptoms

After enabling Transport Layer Security (TLS) security and add the TLS certificates, Connection Manager (CM) is failing to start.

SSL errorcode 28750



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Obtained signed certificate
2. Created server wallet using create_svr_wallet_cert script
3. Added signed certificate to above server wallet using orapki
orapki wallet add -wallet <PIN_HOME>/wallet/server/ -trusted_cert -cert <PIN_HOME>/cert/.pem -pwd
4. Added certificate to client wallet
5. Added certificate to root wallet
6. Modified all pin.conf files and Infranet.properties to enable SSL
7. Replace all IPs with hostnames in pin.conf files
8. Start dm_oracle
9. Error when start CM

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot enable Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) in staging environment.
